Note for VS2008 Users: VS2008's debugger will freeze if you use the CMap|.. -visualizers above! You have to change

old: size : $e.m_nHashTableSize

new: size : $e.m_nCount

at least in the children{}-section. I don't use the preview-section. But if you do I suppose you have to apply the same change.

I haven't had time really to install GM at work until now (waiting for a .NET 3.5 setup on a VMWare image which is installing very slowly for some unknown reason). I then proceeded to load the CPHog script. It's become very nice indeed! Great work!

That's fine! I used your solution, but we have an ISA proxy that needs NTLM authentication for all internet sites!! Firefox regularly asks me username and password! it is full of pain to enter username and password every minute!! Do you have any solution?
